Chilemúsica leads its first metal mission to Finland

Chilemúsica’s participation in Hellsinki Metal Festival and Capital of Metal 2026 opened a new path for Chilean metal internationally. For the first time, Chilean artists, companies and organizations took part in Finland as a joint delegation, bringing sounds from the south of the world to one of the genre’s most important scenes.

The delegation brought together five companies and organizations from Santiago, Valparaíso, Futrono and Copiapó, alongside Pronoias, Intrascendence, Sobernot and Mawiza. The first three bands performed at the Chilean showcase at Semifinal, the iconic venue within the Tavastia complex, while Mawiza played a special acoustic set before taking the stage at Hellsinki Metal Festival, where the band delivered one of the day’s standout performances to a large and enthusiastic crowd. Chilemúsica and Chile: Terruño Sónico also hosted a networking gathering featuring Chilean wines, bringing the delegation together with international festivals, promoters and agents.

The mission delivered tangible results and opened new possibilities for Chilean projects in Finland, Sweden, Norway and the UK. Intrascendence has already confirmed its participation in a Finnish progressive metal festival in 2028, while other projects are beginning to be considered for future lineups.

A GREAT MOMENT FOR CHILEAN METAL

This momentum comes at an exciting time for Chile’s metal scene. Force made history as the first Chilean and South American band to win the Wacken Metal Battle, also taking home the audience award. Decessus signed with BLKIIBLK Records, a Frontiers Records label whose roster includes names such as Megadeth, Forbidden and Cro-Mags. During their first European tour, Pronoias premiered “We Are The Same” live with Nitte Valo (Dreamtale, Bad Marilyn, ex-Battle Beast), while Mawiza wrapped up a successful European tour, bringing Mapuzungun to major stages across the continent. Adding to this momentum is País de Músicos – Metal, a special publication by SCD tracing more than four decades of metal in Chile and featuring nearly 50 active bands.

The Helsinki experience laid the groundwork for bringing two countries with deeply rooted metal traditions closer together and developing a two-way exchange between Chile and Finland. From the south of the world to the capital of nordic metal

From August 5–8, 2026, Chile will be represented at Hellsinki Metal Festival and Capital of Metal in Helsinki, Finland, with an industry delegation coordinated by Chilemúsica. The delegation will bring together five Chilean music companies and organizations, alongside performances by Intrascendence, Sobernot and Pronoias, including showcases and Mawiza‘s full live performance, further strengthening the presence of Chilean metal at one of the world’s leading events dedicated to the genre.

This initiative builds on Chilemúsica’s internationalization strategy, expanding its presence in specialized markets while incorporating metal into its international promotion agenda for the first time.

Hellsinki Metal Festival, together with the professional platform Capital of Metal, is one of Europe’s leading metal events. Held in Finland—the country with the highest number of metal bands per capita in the world, where the genre is deeply embedded in the nation’s cultural identity—it brings together artists, festivals, record labels, agencies and specialized media from across the globe. In this context, Chile arrives with a distinctive metal scene, strengthening ties with one of the genre’s most influential ecosystems.

MEET THE DELEGATION

The Chilean delegation will include five companies and organizations from different regions of the country: Emebooking y TraXion Rock (Santiago), Probeta Music (Valparaíso), Monte Ranco (Futrono) and Fundación A.M.A. Ayuda a la Música y Cultura Atacama , alongside the bands Pronoias, Intrascendence and Sobernot. On Wednesday, August 5, the three bands will open Chile’s participation with showcases at Semifinal, one of the venues within the historic Tavastia complex, as part of a programme focused on professional exchange and networking.

On Thursday, August 6, the programme continues with Capital of Metal Showcase – Hellsinki Metal Festival Pre Party, featuring Mawiza‘s special acoustic set at Semifinal and Intrascendence‘s showcase at Tavastia. As part of the day’s activities, Chilemúsica will host a networking session for artists, international delegates and music industry professionals, including a new edition of Chile: Terruño Sónico and a Chilean wine tasting on the Tavastia balcony. On Friday, August 7, Mawiza will return to the stage with a full live performance as part of the official Hellsinki Metal Festival programme.

From the south of the world to one of metal’s most iconic destinations, Chile and Finland are embarking on a collaboration that brings together two scenes with a strong identity and a well-established tradition within the genre. Chilemúsica expands its international reach across Latin America and Europe in the first half of 2026

Five international markets, more than 50 representatives from Chile’s music ecosystem, hundreds of professional meetings, showcases, conference sessions, international jury appointments and networking events defined Chilemúsica’s first half of 2026, helping expand the global reach of Chilean music across Latin America and Europe.

The year kicked off in Mexico. Following the cancellation of FIM GDL due to a security-related contingency, the mission was successfully restructured in Mexico City, featuring showcases by Camila Bañados and Metalengua, meetings with international delegations and sync-focused activities. The experience reinforced the strategic value of Stop Over CDMX as a platform for building meaningful connections and opening new opportunities.

In April, a delegation of 12 representatives attended Classical:NEXT in Budapest, holding between 90 and 120 meetings and generating more than 30 collaboration opportunities. Highlights included Sebastián Vergara‘s official showcase, FOJI´s participation in the professional programme, composer Sebastián Errázuriz serving as an international juror, and a networking reception hosted by the Embassy of Chile in Hungary.

Later that month, Chile returned to Jazzahead! for the fourth consecutive year. Official showcases by Nubes and Camila Bañados, together with a range of networking activities throughout the event, helped raise the profile of Chilean jazz among programmers, festival organisers and industry professionals.

In May, Chile marked its largest-ever participation at BIME Bogotá, bringing together more than 30 professionals from different regions of the country. The mission included over 60 facilitated meetings, networking opportunities with more than 500 industry contacts and media representatives, and the presentation of Chile: Pitch & Wine – Conexiones desde el Sur. Delegates also took part in panels, workshops and roundtable discussions focused on internationalisation, music production, audiovisual sync and business development.

In June, Chilemúsica participated in Circulart for the sixth time, reinforcing its long-standing presence at one of Ibero-America’s leading music markets. The mission brought together eight companies and organisations from across Chile, featured the official showcase of Paulina Pérez y La Trama, and hosted Chile: Terruño Sónico – A Toast Across the Andes, further strengthening Chile’s position within the Latin American music ecosystem.

Throughout the semester, the Chile: Terruño Sónico narrative was woven into a variety of activities across Europe and Latin America, establishing itself as a distinctive platform connecting music, identity, territory and culture. At the same time, Chilemúsica’s communications strategy generated more than 108,000 impressions across digital platforms, supported by dozens of publications, real-time content, media outreach and industry engagement initiatives.

These results reaffirm an internationalisation strategy whose impact is already beginning to show in stronger positioning, higher levels of satisfaction and growing business potential. Early findings from the Chilemúsica Impact Study 2025–2026 indicate that sustained participation in strategic markets strengthens recognition of both the Chilemúsica brand and Chilean music as a whole, creating increasingly solid opportunities for artists, companies and institutions. Looking ahead to the second half of the year, the focus will be on expanding connections, building long-term partnerships and deepening Chile’s presence within the world’s leading music industry networks.

Chilemúsica returns to Circulart to strengthen chilean presence in Colombia

Chile will once again take part in Circulart, one of Ibero-America’s leading music markets, taking place from June 4 to 7 in Medellín, Colombia. The national participation will be coordinated by Chilemúsica, with the support of the Ministerio de Las Culturas, las Artes y el Patrimonio and ProChile, reinforcing the sustained internationalization work the organization has developed in Colombia over recent years.

Since the first exploratory actions carried out together with IMICHILE more than a decade ago, Chilemúsica has built a continuous presence at Circulart, generating concrete opportunities for Chilean music abroad. This new participation continues a trajectory that, throughout its previous editions, has benefited more than 50 companies and over 10 Chilean artists, strengthening networks, circulation, and strategic connections in one of the priority territories for the international development of the sector.

The 2026 delegation will include Carolina Records, Agencia Alvayay, Sonidos Crecientes, MusicActual, Isla Sonora Chiloé, Cosas Buenas, Mundovivo and Teatro Municipal de Chillán. Coming from cities such as Arica, Quilpué, Valparaíso, Frutillar, Santiago, Chillán and Chiloé, these organizations represent diverse perspectives and territories within the Chilean music industry, bringing together record labels, agencies, circulation platforms, and projects focused on international projection.

MEET THE CHILEAN DELEGATION

As part of the Chilean presence in Medellín, Chile’s official reception at Circulart — “Chile: Terruño Sónico: Toasts and Sounds Crossing the Andes” — will take place on Friday, June 5 at 3:30 PM at El Zarzao del Claustro Comfama. The event will create a meeting space where music and wine engage in dialogue through territory, identity, and sensory experience. Inspired by Chile’s extensive and diverse geography, the initiative seeks to connect territories, generate new links, and share a contemporary vision of Chilean culture in an international context.

The artistic representation will feature Paulina Pérez y Trama, a project led by singer-songwriter Paulina Pérez and based since 2021 in Chiloé, an archipelago located in Chilean Patagonia. Their proposal blends folk roots, fusion rock, jazz, and Latin American musical traditions such as cueca and huayno, while also incorporating poetry by Gabriela Mistral into a sonic and visual exploration connected to nature, identity, and collective experience. The project will be part of the official Circulart 2026 showcase program, with a performance on Saturday, June 6 at 4:30 PM at Teatro Comfama Alfonso Restrepo.

With this new participation, Chilemúsica continues expanding opportunities for connection and visibility for Chilean music across Latin America, fostering spaces for exchange, collaboration, and growth for artists and music companies. MEET THE CHILEAN DELEGATION

As part of its program, Chilemúsica will present “Chile: Pitch & Wine – Conexiones desde el Sur”, an event combining short project pitches with a curated tasting of Chilean wines. Designed to activate exchange, encourage professional interaction, and open new opportunities for collaboration, the activity will take place on Tuesday, May 5, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at P1 Laboratorio de Emprendimientos (Floor 1, Universidad EAN).

The Chilean presence will also be reflected across the professional and artistic program. On Tuesday, May 5, Cecilia Huerta (Altafonte) will take part in the panel “Artists Crossing Borders: Strategies for International Growth Without Losing Identity”. That same day, Francisca Sandoval, Chilemúsica’s General Manager, will participate in the working session “Business Models in the Music Industry”, organized by BIME and ELPAUER.

On Wednesday, May 6, producer and composer Taiko —known for his work with artists such as J Balvin, Bad Bunny, Mora, and Paloma Mami— will join the panel “Producers: The Present and Future of Sound”. On the same day, Enzo Massardo will lead the workshop “7 Keys to Sync: How to Increase Your Chances of Getting Your Music Placed”.

Live performances will also be part of the Chilean presence. At BIME Live, Amigo de Artistas —a Chilean urban cumbia duo formed by Diego Noguera (Godie) and Vicente Cibié (V.I.C.)— and Julianno Sosa, one of the standout names in Chilean trap, will perform on Thursday, May 7 at Kaputt Club.

From April 22 to 25, Chilemúsica will take part for the fourth time in Jazzahead! 2026, which celebrates its 20th anniversary this year as Europe’s leading professional jazz trade fair and one of the most important worldwide. Focused on jazz and improvised music, the event brings together festivals, labels, agents, managers, artists, clubs, and programmers from across the globe, establishing itself as a key platform for accessing international circuits, particularly in Europe.

For this edition, the program includes an institutional space, B2B meetings, professional networking opportunities, official showcases, and industry activities, alongside the participation of PAF Audio Boutique, Music in Fusion, Mundovivo, Mescalina, WF Producciones, Benjamín Aedo and Interdimensional Management y Producciones.

Located at booth 6D23, the Chilean space will serve as a meeting point for industry professionals, fostering partnerships and creating new opportunities for both emerging and established projects.

MEET THE CHILEAN DELEGATION

As part of the agenda, the reception “Chile: Terruño Sónico, jazz and wine” will take place on Thursday, April 23 at 16:00. The event features a selection of Chilean wines specially curated to pair with jazz, highlighting profiles defined by freshness, tension, and layered complexity. The experience is designed to create a space where wine and music connect through listening, improvisation, and evolution over time.

The program also extends to the official Clubnight. On Friday, April 24, at Helga venue, Nubes, a project by Nicolás Vera and César Vidal (18:30–19:00), and Camila Bañados (19:20–19:50) will perform, showcasing the diversity and forward-looking nature of the current scene.

This year, Sweden will be the partner country, with a special focus on programming and visibility within the event.

Through this participation, Chilemúsica continues to strengthen its international articulation, expanding the visibility of Chilean music and reinforcing its presence in strategic markets, bringing sounds from the southern edge of the world to new audiences.

From 8 to 11 April 2026 in Budapest, Hungary, Chile will participate for the third time in Classical:NEXT, the leading international gathering dedicated to classical and contemporary music. The fair and conference brings together composers, ensembles, presenters, agents, labels and cultural institutions from around the world, consolidating its position as one of the most relevant platforms for international circulation and collaboration in the sector.

Chile’s participation is coordinated by Chilemúsica, the sector brand for the international promotion of Chilean music.

At the fair, Chile will be present with Stands 49 and 50, which will serve as a hub for professional meetings, partnership building and the promotion of Chilean music within the international circuit.

The Chilean delegation will have artistic, institutional and strategic representation within the event’s programme. Chilean composer Sebastián Errázuriz will serve on the international jury responsible for selecting the official Classical:NEXT showcases, contributing to the artistic curation of the event.

The Fundación de Orquestas Juveniles e Infantiles de Chile (FOJI) will participate in the panel “Expanding access to deepen excellence”, addressing shared values and experiences in the development of youth orchestras across different cultural contexts.

In the artistic programme, Chilean musician Sebastián Vergara will present a showcase at Budapest Music Center – Opus Jazz Club, one of the official venues of the event, performing for an audience of international presenters and industry professionals.

The Chilean delegation attending Classical:NEXT will also include representatives from leading institutions and projects within the country’s classical and contemporary music ecosystem, including the Orquesta de Cámara de Valdivia (OCV-UACh), Fundación de Orquestas Juveniles e Infantiles de Chile (FOJI), Clásica No Convencional / A More-than-Human Opera, ChileClásico, Nicolás Ahumada, Centro de Extensión Artística y Cultural de la Universidad de Chile (CEAC), Lamotte Violín School and MusicActual.

In this context, Chilemúsica’s participation in jazzahead! 2026 stands out as a key milestone. As the leading international jazz trade fair, it will take place from 22 to 25 April in Bremen, Germany. Chilemúsica will be present with a stand and a delegation of 15 professionals, along with the musical projects Camila Bañados and NUBES, by César Vidal & Nicolás Vera, further consolidating its presence in the European jazz circuit and strengthening connections with agents, presenters and international festivals.

The 2026 agenda also includes an expansion into high-impact niche circuits, with participation in WTF – Capital of Metal in Helsinki and ADE – Amsterdam Dance Event in Amsterdam, extending the reach of Chilean music into the metal and electronic music sectors.

Chile and Mexico: a musical relationship continuing to grow around FIM GDL 2026

With a strategic focus on one of its priority markets, Chilemúsica will strengthen the presence of Chile’s music industry in Mexico in 2026 within the framework of the Guadalajara International Music Fair (FIM GDL).

Over the years, the sectoral brand has participated in five editions of FIM GDL, supporting 76 companies and 13 artists in a country that plays a key role in regional music circulation, where a longstanding professional connection between both industries has been sustained through active collaboration networks.

As a prelude to FIM GDL, the Chilean delegation will carry out activities in Mexico City, including a public showcase as part of Cuicatl, la Ciudad que Suena, a program of the Mexico City Ministry of Culture, as well as a networking and B2B session featuring Camila Bañados and Metalengua, where Chile: Terruño Sónico will be part of the overall experience.

Chile’s participation at FIM GDL will include professional meetings, showcases, and industry panels, with the involvement of Agencia Pegajosa, Agencia Piukuk, Asociación de Supervisión Musical ASM, Carolina Records, Centro Cultural de Promoción Cinematográfica de Valdivia, Feria de la música Pulsar, Fluvial, IMICHILE, Intrépido, La Cordillera Records, Lichens, Mescalina, Red Poncho, SCD, Sonidos Crecientes and Tonósfera, in addition to showcases by Camila Bañados and Metalengua on Thursday, February 26.

Chilean participation in panels and ASM call

In the panel “International Film Festivals – ASM,” Fernando Lataste (Centro Cultural de Promoción Cinematográfica de Valdivia) will join representatives from the Vancouver International Film Festival (VIFF) and the Guadalajara International Film Festival (FICG) to discuss collaboration between the audiovisual and music sectors.

Through the Asociación de Supervisión Musical de Habla Hispana, and with the participation of Chilean professional Enzo Massardo, FIM GDL 2026 will launch a call to create the festival’s official sonic identity under the message “Music Unites Us.” The initiative includes workshops on brief, sync, metadata, and pitching, culminating in the opportunity to present proposals to international music supervisors.

The connection between Chile and Mexico has been built through sustained collaboration that goes beyond specific events. This process was documented in the book “Canciones de lejos, complicidades musicales entre Chile y México” (2021), coordinated by Chilemúsica and co-published by the University of Guadalajara and the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.

Additional initiatives include the playlist “Canciones de Lejos”; the playlist “Chilenos en México,” curated by Paz Court; the video “Chilemúsica at FIM GDL 2025”; and the audiovisual piece “DIÁLOGOS: FIM and the Importance of the Festival for Independent Chilean Projects.”

Through these actions, Chilemúsica reaffirms its commitment to continued collaboration with Mexico, an important market for the development of Chilean music projects.

Chile: Terruño Sónico. Music, wine and territory as a narrative of cultural identity

Chile: Terruño Sónico was launched in 2025 as an initiative that brings together music, wine and territory, activating live experiences and national and international showcases that enabled its proposal to circulate and positioned the brand within strategic professional contexts. This first year marked the starting point of the initiative as a platform connecting creative and productive industries, projecting 2026 as a phase of expansion and consolidation.

During 2025, Terruño Sónico was present in various national contexts across the O’Higgins Region and the Metropolitan Region, activating in territories representative of Chile’s diverse terroirs. Its first activation took place in the commune of Navidad, within the coastal dryland territory, as part of Safari Sonoro. Subsequently, the project participated in +Crea Turismo in Santa Cruz, Colchagua Valley, an inland dryland territory, alongside Sernatur and Corfo, integrating into a space for articulation between cultural tourism and creative industries.

This was followed by its participation in the Jazz ChilEUropa Festival in Santiago, Central Valley, where Chilemúsica carried out an activation combining Chilean wine and live music during the closing concert at Centro GAM, attended by more than 400 people. This experience reinforced the connection between terroir, artistic creation and cultural identity.

International projection was also a central component of the project’s development. Chile: Terruño Sónico was presented at BOmm – Bogotá Music Market, featuring a toast that brought together Chilean wine and live music for international delegates. This line of work continued in Europe with Chilemúsica’s participation in WOMEX – Worldwide Music Expo in Finland, and BIME in Spain, where the initiative was introduced as an experience that crosses music, wine and tourism, strengthening ties with strategic markets.

Chile: Terruño Sónico is driven by Chilemúsica, the sector brand for the internationalization of Chilean music, which leads this initiative by connecting the music sector with wine and tourism, and strengthening the country’s visibility abroad.

Building on the trajectory developed throughout 2025, the initiative is preparing for a year of international expansion in 2026, with confirmed participation in nine strategic fairs and markets: FIM GDL in Mexico; Circulart and BIME PRO Bogotá in Colombia; jazzahead! in Germany; Classical:NEXT in Hungary; WTF Capital of Metal in Finland; WOMEX, BIME PRO and Monkey Week in Spain; and ADE – Amsterdam Dance Event in the Netherlands. This agenda marks a new stage of growth and positioning for Chilean cultural identity within high-impact international circuits.

Nine events, five countries and a sustained agenda: Chilemúsica connects chilean music with leading international markets in 2025

In 2025, Chilemúsica consolidated an internationalization agenda in constant motion, strengthening connections with international markets through concrete actions in promotion, professional networking and collaboration, with a clear focus on measurable results for the Chilean music sector.

2025 IN NUMBERS

During 2025, Chilemúsica participated in 9 international events across 5 countries, representing an 12,5% increase compared to 2024. The agenda included markets and fairs such as FIM GDL, jazzahead!, BIME Bogotá, Classical:NEXT, Circulart, BOmm, WOMEX, BIME y Monkey Week, covering circuits of popular music, world music, jazz and classical music. These actions enabled the participation of 120 Chilean companies (a 34% increase compared to 2024) and 15 Chilean artists (a 50% increase year-on-year), through networking, showcases, B2B meetings, communication campaigns and music + wine activations.

CHILE: TERRUÑO SÓNICO – INITIAL STAGE

In 2025, Chilemúsica launched and developed the initial stage of Chile: Terruño Sónico, a platform that integrates music, wine and territory as a tool for international positioning and professional networking. The project was activated in strategic industry contexts, including its international launch at BOmm as well as networking and hospitality actions at fairs and markets such as BIME, WOMEX and Circulart. This stage made it possible to test formats, validate interest from international agents and articulate links between the music, wine and tourism sectors.

PRESENCE AT NATIONAL EVENTS 2025

The international agenda was complemented by active participation in key national events within the music and creative ecosystem. During 2025, Chilemúsica was present at Marejada (San Antonio), +CREA Turismo (Santa Cruz), Safari Sonoro (Navidad), Isla Sonora (Chiloé), Rockódromo (Valparaíso), Feria de la Música Pulsar (Santiago) and Fluvial (Valdivia), strengthening territorial articulation and connections between sector stakeholders.

2026 OUTLOOK: CONFIRMED INTERNATIONAL AGENDA

The work carried out during 2025 lays the groundwork for a new cycle of internationalization. For 2026, Chilemúsica has an agenda that will continue positioning Chilean music internationally, deepen relationships in priority markets and expand its presence in specialized circuits, incorporating greater genre diversification. This includes metal through WTF Capital of Metal (Finland) and electronic music through ADE – Amsterdam Dance Event (Netherlands), alongside jazz and classical music circuits developed during 2024 and 2025, and the popular music and world music circuits that Chilemúsica has been developing in a sustained manner for more than six years.

Chile positions itself as a hub for the music industry with three major events

Rockódromo Industria in Valparaíso, Pulsar Music Fair in Santiago, and Fluvial in Valdivia will host over 100 international delegates and a full schedule of industry-focused activities.

In the coming weeks, the global music industry will turn its attention to Chile. Three music events taking place in different regions of the country will bring together more than 100 international delegates, hundreds of accredited professionals, over 100 showcases, and a full slate of networking activities, including business meetings, professional exchanges, and sector-driven encounters — positioning Chile as an active force in the regional industry.

These are Rockódromo Industria, Feria de la Música Pulsar and Fluvial, three events with different approaches but a shared goal: to position Chile as a growing music market and support the internationalization of our creative scene.

From November 26 to 30, Valparaíso will host the second edition of Rockódromo Industria, a training-focused gathering held under the umbrella of Rockódromo Festival, one of the region’s most relevant events with more than 20 years of history, organized by the Ministry of Cultures, Arts and Heritage.

The event will offer talks, workshops, panels, and business meetings aimed at the emerging national music scene — all part of a program that complements the festival, which continues to consolidate itself as a stage where Chilean music from all eras and all corners of the country converges.

Featured guests include Nicole and Carlos Cabezas, along with industry agents such as Stefany Navarro (digital marketing), Emiliano Rodríguez (Niceto Club, Argentina), Gerardo Castillo (Aguascalientes Festival Network, Mexico), and Gustavo Cerqueiras (Music InFusion). Aula Rockódromo will also gather emerging artists and agents from Arica to Punta Arenas to learn from mentors such as Wanda Flores and Carlos Salazar.

All activities are free of charge and will be held across several cultural centers in the city.

PULSAR AND FLUVIAL: A GROWING COLLABORATION

The following week in Santiago, from December 5 to 7, Pulsar Music Fair will celebrate its 15th anniversary with a broad and diverse international delegation of more than 30 professionals from around the world. Venue programmers, festival directors, experts, and other industry leaders will spend three days attending nearly 40 live performances included in the fair’s program and connecting with Chilean professionals accredited for this pioneering national event.

The fair also includes a series of training-oriented activities, most notably the first Sync Camp — a program focused on synchronization, designed to prepare Chilean musicians to compose, perform, record, and license music for audiovisual productions. Through these initiatives, Pulsar seeks to continue contributing to industry professionalization and supporting the internationalization of Chilean music, with a strong emphasis on creators. This year, it also strengthens its collaborative relationship with Fluvial, where it will participate with a series of joint activities.

The cycle concludes in Valdivia from December 10 to 13 with the ninth edition of Fluvial, an international gathering aimed at developing the Chilean music industry and known for bringing one of the largest international delegations visiting the country each year. The music and landscape of historic Valdivia serve as a backdrop for agents, managers, producers, and artists to exchange ideas, share knowledge, and build partnerships for global circulation.

Fluvial 2025 will place special emphasis on the synchronization sector, deepening the work started in 2024. This will be reflected in the second edition of Fluvial Sync, an advanced program on music synchronization whose inaugural version marked a milestone in the professionalization of the Chilean music sector regarding audiovisual sync, yielding concrete results such as official placements and signed contracts with international agencies.

All in all, the coming weeks will be key for the development of the local industry and for reinforcing Chile’s position as an active musical player in the Southern Cone — a market worth watching, one that, despite its size, manages to present three industry events in different regions of the country through coordinated efforts between public and private actors, establishing a narrative that highlights the sector’s diversity and growing capacity for collaboration.
